Instead of manually assigning new orders to writers one by one, there is an option to allow the writers to browse and place bids through unassigned tasks and find suitable work for themselves. In order to enable the feature, go to Staff Setting and a form like the following should show up.

If the option for browsing work and placing bids is enabled the system automatically calculates the payment amount for writers when an order is received. There is an option to configure the rate in this form as well.

Allow staff to browse work

Select “Yes” to enable the feature. Select “No” to disable

Allow staff to place bids on orders

Select “Yes” to enable the feature. Select “No” to disable

Staff payment type

Select “Fixed” if you want to set a flat rate regardless of total amount of an order. The amount entered will be deducted from the order total when calculating profit.
Select “Percentage” if you want a particular portion of an order total to be deducted as payment for your writer

Staff payment amount

Enter a numeric value depending on the option you choose for “Staff payment type”
